If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met we always advise getting your order sent over to us in good time.<\/p>\n
While we can let you know you the date we will dispatch your goods, we cannot make promises on behalf of our couriers. We use a number of reputable couriers such as DPD, UPS and Parcelforce; however, this does mean that the shipment of your goods is to a degree outside of our control.
\nWhile we trust our couriers to deliver products on time (within the time frame they promise us), there are exceptions when delays can occur. These delays can be due to a whole host of reasons (weather, lost in the system, human error, etc). <\/p>\n
Should any delays occur we will always do everything within our power to quickly rectify the situation. However, for this reason we cannot offer a guaranteed delivery time.<\/p>\n
